How to measure for hats

To measure your head size you can use a soft tape measure or a length of string that you can hold up to a tape measure later to determine the length. Place the string or tape around your head just above your ear, across the mid-forehead, completely circling your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. Basically you need to measure your head exactly where the hat will sit. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size.

We endeavor to ship items as quickly as possible with orders usually dispatched within 3 working days. However, in the unlikely event that an ordered item will take longer than 3 working days to dispatch we will notify you immediately. Orders will be sent via the Royal Mail second class service. Royal Mail aim to deliver the majority of items within two working days after dispatch, with a small minority within three working days after dispatch. However, this is not a guaranteed service and items are not deemed lost by the Royal Mail until 14 working days have elapsed. We currently do not deliver outside of the UK.


If you receive your order and are unhappy with the product because it is defective, the wrong size, or damaged, you may return the item(s) within 30 business days of receipt, and a replacement item will be sent out.

Cancellation of Orders

If you are a citizen of the European Union, and you bought the Goods as a Consumer, you may cancel your order at any time before we despatch your order or before the expiry of 14 working days from the date you receive your order, not including the day you received it.

If you cancel before we have sent the Goods, we will refund to you the price of the Goods and the cost of delivery.

If you cancel after we have despatched the Goods, we will refund the price of the goods only.

If you cancel your order after we have despatched the Goods, you must return them to us within 14 days in the same condition in which you received them. We cannot refund your money if the Goods have been used or damaged.

You are responsible for the cost of returning them.

If you fail to return the goods, within 14 days, we are entitled to arrange for their collection. If we do we shall look to you to repay us the cost of collection.

We will refund your money within 30 days.
